Great Escape: No-Sighting #14

Still no sign of Bunny. Her food and water dish remain untouched. I have to go in to work this morning, but I'll get home earlier in the evening. I might  be missing her by a few hours. Unlikely, given that the complex is having a block party thing outside the main office, which is only yards from my apt door. 

I plan to call the Phoenix shelter today. Will do another walk-around when I get home, then I'll get on my bike and cycle through the neighborhood (it'll be dark, so, I dunno if I'll put it off, go to bed early and wait until tomorrow to get up at daybreak to go search). 

I miss her so much, and I'm recognizing that really, the only person who's going to bring her back home is either her or me. 

Great Escape: No-Sighting #15

Did my walk-around. Saw a white and patchy cat, and the splotchy brown longhair cat who sleeps on the ledge of its homes' porch every night. I also walked around the neighborhood a bit and yeah. The difference between the complex and the neighborhood is stark. The complex is brightly lit and swarming with people and cars at all hours. The neighborhood is dark and quiet. I don't doubt that Bunny would favor the neighborhood. Add in the fact nobody is touching the food I leave out, I have to assume she's not stopping by my place, at all. I'm going to make a bigger effort to scout the surrounding area, even though it's hard. 

The plan is to go to bed early and get up early, first light. Scout the neighborhood on bike, put up more fliers.
