Had a nightmare the other night. My dad was over at the apartment, smoking up the place (even though I couldn’t smell it) and watching TV even though he knew I was in bed trying to sleep and then some creepy ass alien was tickling me in the worst way. Woke myself up trying to shove it off me.

 

I was safe in my bed, a little overheated no thanks to high temperatures out here and the Bunny was curled up in a catball against my chest. Awwwwww. Nothing’s better than waking up to the best cat in the universe cuddling with me.

 

The lace I ordered for my IDRIS dress has arrived. I bought it off ebay; it is the right sort of pattern, but I couldn’t find any in the gray-blue I need, so. Ordered what I could and am going to experiment on it. I’ve got it outside, bleaching in the sunlight right now. We’ll see how well that goes, then find out what happens when I try to dye it.

 

Am not doing brilliant at sewing. Will give this petticoat another shot later in the week. I keep telling myself I have a year.

Am I ever going to need it.
