The food I put out earlier in the day was eaten up when I got back from my ride around the neighborhood. I choose to believe it was Bunny. After that, I debated whether or not to drive out to the shelters, but I needed to go to the Phoenix one to at least make sure they have a flyer. I figured that if all the food was nomed, then the cat who nomed it probably wouldn't be back for awhile. So i refilled the dish and set out. Also picked up groceries. When I got back, the food had been nomed again.
Why can't I be two places at once?!
Called my dad yesterday to say thank you for the Halloween pkg they mailed me and to tell him Bunny was missing. I didn't want him to find out she's missing from Chrissy, but I was hesitant to call because I knew he'd be worried about both of us. He texted me a while ago saying he wanted to put up a cash reward for her. It's both sweet and depressing.
One of the neighbor ladies told me she shes a black cat in the afternoons sleeping in the shade by bushes or over in the grass not too far from the apartment. Might be Bunny. I gave her a flyer and she said she'll call me if she sees Bunny while walking her dog. I've cleared out the rest if this afternoon to go waking by the area every 20 min; I've also set out some enticing tuna for whoever is stopping by my place.
I adopted Bunny 5 years ago as of last week. It's been too short a time.
