If you have no interest in knowing waaaaaay too much information about how I've been ill this past week after the Con, Do NOT Proceed.

I had real, live personal experience with explosive diarrhea this week. The acidic, uncontrollable, anus-corroding explosive diarrhea. For two days I could un-ironically say, "My anus is bleeding". I cut out coffee and cut back on milk-based products, except yogurt. On Wednesday I got bananas and those helped.

By yesterday I was at a semblance of normal. Picked up Stefie to write--had every intention of writing. Thought nothing of grabbing fried fast food and going home. About half-way through my meal, my tummy was a bit upset. Only ate half my fries. By the time we set in in the living room and I brought Ampersand down to join us, I knew I wasn't going to get anything done. My tummy hurt. It growled an growled and I belched a lot. Took Pepto. We did plan to watch Kill Bill Vol. 2, but that did not pan out. I did not feel good at all and Stefie finished The Fault in Our Stars which left her in tears. We agreed Killing Bill could wait until next week.

Avoided killing a random, drunk pedestrian who wandered out into the street on the way to drop Stefie at home. Avoided another car blocking two lanes. Promised to contact Stefie if/when I made it back home alive. I bought more bananas, Pepto, and ginger ale. Made it home. Drank ginger ale and Pepto and felt much better going to sleep.

Spent this morning irritating Ampersand getting in and out of bed over three hours in and out of the toilet. Diarrhea explosions, but thankfully not corrosive and there was no bleeding. So better than earlier, but not all better. Ate oatmeal this morning. Will stick w/ yogurt and toast and no coffee. MISERY.

On the up side, my tummy doesn't hurt anymore so. If I get some reading and noveling done, I will call it a win for today. THE SPIRIT WANTS TO NOVEL, THE BODY IS VOMITING OUT MY ANUS.
